Digital Foundry has taken an early look at Yoshi’s Crafted World to check in on the game from a technical standpoint. It’s particularly noteworthy since this is an Unreal Engine 4 release.

Like a number of other Switch titles we’ve seen, Yoshi’s Crafted World has a dynamic resolution. When docked, expect resolutions of around 576p and 675p. Portable mode reduces things further to roughly 396p and 495p. These numbers may lower further or increase depending on what’s happening on screen.

New footage has come in for Yoshi’s Crafted World, which launches on Switch next month. We’ve rounded up some of today’s gameplay below.

Inti Creates has started the distribution of a new Dragon Marked for Death update. With version 1.1.1, a bunch of adjustments and bug fixes have been implemented.

The full patch notes are as follows:

Tortuga Team today announced Braveland Trilogy for Switch. The collection of turn-based adventure RPGs features the original Braveland, Braveland Pirate, and Braveland Wizard. All three games have “tactical combat and role-playing gameplay combined with new challenges, heroes, henchmen, enemies, and environments”.

Here’s some additional information:

The sandbox racing game Fromto is coming to Switch, publisher Headup Games and developer Studio Erikson have announced. We’ll be seeing it sometime in Q2 of this year.

The idea for Fromto was originally conceived when the developer was just a young boy. The project is now being finished many years later, and the creator’s own children – the five-year-old Niki and two-year-old Joep – have been brought in to preserve the essence of the initial idea.

During the latest episode of Denjin Getcha, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi with Power-Up Kit was on display with some new footage. View the full recording below.
