Enter the Gungeon finally has a release date on Switch. In the Americas, a release date of December 14 has been set. Europe will be getting the game a few days later on December 18. Enter the Gungeon is also planned for Japan, and will be out on December 18.

Nintendo has updated its maintenance schedule once again. Next week, general online services for Switch and Splatoon 2 will be impacted on December 12 / December 13.

Angry Mob Games has announced that Brawlout is reaching Switch later this month. The game will be sold on the eShop beginning December 19 for $19.99. You’ll be able to pre-load the game on December 12.

Also revealed today is a new guest character for the game. Juan Aguacate, who originates from Guacamelee, will be included on the roster.

Later this month, Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon will be receiving an update. A few different issues will be addressed.

First, Game Freak will be looking to tackle freezes after you pick Litten. Wide Guard protecting against all Z-Moves will also be fixed. Game Freak will address the move Ion Deluge not working at all, along with an issue in which Pokemon who know less than four moves will forget the first move when being taught a move at the Move Tutors.

Japan isn’t the only region that will be receiving a special version of Bayonetta 2 for Switch. In Europe, Nintendo has announced the Bayonetta 2 Special Edition.

Included in the package is the Bayonetta 2 game card, a download code for the original Bayonetta, a steelbook, 22 Verse Cards, and 3 sticker sheets. A standard version will also be sold with the Bayonetta 2 game card and download code.

Update: Square Enix released a trailer for the remaster:


Original: A remaster of the classic SNES JRPG Romancing SaGa 2 is coming to the Switch. Launching worldwide on December 15th, it’s based on the release of the game on mobile platforms from last year, which was the first time the game received an official English translation. The Switch version will feature improved controls.

A classic weapon from the first game will soon return to Splatoon 2: the N-ZAP ’89 is identical to the N-ZAP ’85 in terms of stats, but comes with the Autobomb sub-weapon and the Tenta Missiles special instead. It’ll be available tomorrow around noon in Japan and Australia, early in the morning in Europe and later tonight in North America.

Berkut’s grand hero battle stage has returned in Fire Emblem Heroes and you will be able to do special quests to unlock more goodies, this battle will last til December 14th. On top of this 20 free orbs and 2017 free feathers are being distributed to players for Fire Emblem Heroes winning best game of 2017 on Google play. And finally an additional 5 orbs, 50 refining stones and 500 arena medals are being given to players for erroneous weapon skill descriptions, which have now been corrected.
