Of Mice and Sand is due out on the North American 3DS eShop this Thursday. In Europe, it’s arriving next week.

As confirmed by Circle Entertainment’s Twitter page:

In case you missed it previously, here’s the overview for Of Mice and Sand:

“By ordering the mice crew living in the Desert ship, you can build facilities on the ship and make food for breeding the mice with various items. With the development of the ship, more mice will join in and they can accomplish more jobs. Don’t let them starve and make them rich.

Your final goal is to reach the other side of the desert and find the legendary land of gold to the east, El Dorado!”

A new trailer for Hover: Revolt of Gamers is online to ring in the game’s initial release on Steam. It’ll be coming to Switch down the road, but for now, watch the video below.

Update 2 (6/1): The person behind the images has come forward confirming that the “leak” is fake. That’s the end of it, folks!

Update: While it’s not been made absolutely official, we can close the book on this one. The evidence here and certain sites such as GameXplain stating outright that the images were fabricated are enough.

Original (5/30): One game heavily rumored for Switch ever since the system’s reveal is Smash Bros. Early speculation suggested that Nintendo would eventually bring out something that mixes the Wii U and 3DS versions together into one ultimate package. With Nintendo’s big E3 presentation just two weeks away, the Smash Bros. Switch rumor is back in the news.

Unconfirmed screenshots from Smash Bros. on Switch are beginning to spread like wildfire online. The images appear to originate from 4Chan. Although anyone can post on the site under anonymity – making some rumors dubious – reports have panned out correctly from time to time in the past. In fact, before Nintendo’s Switch unveiling in January, someone accurately leaked the full slate of titles that appeared at hands-on events.

A first glance at the Smash Bros. screenshots would lead us to believe that they’re the real deal, or at least that someone put in a lot of effort here. But you know what people say these days: anyone can create a fake leak. Switch will undoubtedly receive a Smash Bros. game at some point, though we definitely can’t say that these images can be trusted. If they are true, we’re looking at some new content like Target Smash and improved visuals in the 3DS stages.

If you’re picking up the Sonic Mania: Collector’s Edition, it’ll cost you $70 (or perhaps a bit less if you have something such as Amazon Prime). But if you’re going for the standard version on the eShop, the game will be priced significantly less. We have confirmation from SEGA that Sonic Mania is planned to cost $19.99 ($25.99 CAD).

Update: Bumped to the top. River City: Rival Showdown is slated for the fall. We’ve also included the full announcement for both new River City games below.

Original: Yesterday, Natsume announced the localization of River City: Knights of Justice. As it turns out, that’s not the only new River City game coming west.

Natsume revealed that the company is handling the western version of Downtown Nekketsu Monogatari SP, where it will be known as River City: Rival Showdown. A release window wasn’t shared, but we do know that it will be playable at E3 2017.

Last week, news leaked out through Sonic Mania’s Steam page that the game will be launching on August 15. SEGA has now followed up and made it official.

Here’s a new pre-order trailer:

The Nintendo UK store is now taking pre-orders for the new variations of the Link amiibo. These include the Majora’s Mask, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword versions. Pre-order them all here.
