Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains will launch in North America on May 12, Atlus announced today. It will be sold via the eShop for $39.99.

Unfortunately, Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains has been delayed in Europe due to a copyright claim. The game will also be called “Shingeki no Kyojin: Humanity in Chains” throughout the continent. Atlus hopes to have updated news about the European release date soon.

Lastly, those who purchase Attack on Titan: Humanity in Chains or Shingeki no Kyojin: Humanity in Chains will receive a unique Attack on Titan 3DS theme for free.

Based on Media Create data, Bravely Second sold 100,000 copies in its first week. How does that stack up to the first game?

Bravely Default: Flying Fairy ended up selling 142,000 copies in its first week. It also had a higher sell-through rate of 85.68 percent compared to Bravely Second’s 53.53 percent.

Media Create points out that Bravely Second is a direct sequel, so buyers were pretty much limited to those who tried out the original game, and it doesn’t look like it managed to attract the same amount of players. It’ll be interesting to see how Bravely Second sells during Golden Week.
