A major discovery has come to light regarding the manner in which NPCs were created in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It turns out that they have a major connection to Miis.
Twitter user HEYimHeroic learned that NPCs in the game use an advanced version of the Mii format, known in the files as “UMii”. UMiis are similar to Miis from Wii U and 3DS with most of the same parameters. There are some differences like moles no longer being supported.

DSiWare was one of Nintendo’s earliest attempts at having downloadable games on its platforms. The DSi Shop closed off new purchases in 2017, though its legacy continued on 3DS. However, while 3DS owners have long had the ability to nab DSiWare releases through the eShop, it seems that a whole bunch of games can no longer be purchased.
Reports suggest that all DSiWare titles released before mid-May 2011 have been deactivated on the 3DS eShop. Some of the included games are as follows:

Virtuos on how it ported BioShock and XCOM 2 to Switch, difficulties, development length

Update: After looking at Automaton Media piece again, we’ve verified that our translation is correct. However, the publication may have mixed up its transcript. The site should have written “GPU” instead of “CPU” for the line: “The CPU’s performance can be changed rather quickly by reducing the resolution and graphics settings, so CPU optimization is usually the priority.”
Last year, new collections from 2K made their way to Switch. BioShock: The Collection, XCOM 2 Collection, and Borderlands Legendary Collection ended up on the platform.
Aside from Borderlands, Virtuos was responsible for everything else. And during an interview with Automaton Media, the studio’s Andy Fong and Lukas Codr shared interesting details about the Switch ports of the BioShock games and XCOM 2. The two spoke about the actual porting process, difficulties encountered along the way, and how long it took to complete development.

[Review] Override 2: Super Mech League
Posted on 3 years ago by Campbell(@CampbellSGill) in Reviews, Switch | 0 comments
System: Switch
Release date: December 22, 2020
Developer: Modus Games
Publisher: Modus Games
Override 2: Super Mech League is a simple game built on a simple concept: it’s all about the visceral joy of destroying everything around you in a giant mech suit. As a party-style fighting game where up to four players duke it out as gigantic robots, it offers a wide variety of gameplay modes and a large roster of fighters. It ticks off all the boxes for a decent multiplayer brawler, but the question remains: does it pack a mechanical punch that keeps players coming pack for hours on end, or does its gameplay ultimately feel robotic?
Kingdom Come Deliverance Royal Edition listed for Switch

The open-world action-RPG Kingdom Come Deliverance may have a shot at coming to Switch. Over on Nintendo’s Japanese release schedule, Kingdom Come Deliverance Royal Edition is listed with a February 18 release date as a physical and digital release.
There’s definitely a chance of this happening, though we can’t take everything at face value from Nintendo’s website. The same page also listed Banjo-Kazooie and Blast Corps for the Wii U Virtual Console a few days ago, though it was quickly clarified that this was an error.
For those that haven’t heard about the game previously, here’s some information about Kingdom Come Deliverance as well as a trailer:
