- Heroes with Foil skills are featured as part of a 5★ summoning focus! Heroes with Foil skills can counterattack when they are attacked by certain weapon types, regardless of how far the attacker is from their position. When they do so, they also get Atk/Def+5.

Dragalia Lost – Agito Uprising to get Legend difficulty, version 2.2.0 arriving soon

A new difficulty level, Volk’s Wrath: Legend, will be added to The Agito Uprising on Nov. 26, 10 PM PT. Additionally, players can look forward to the arrival of game version 2.2.0 around Nov. 25, 7 PM PT. You may update right away; otherwise, an automatic update will occur around Nov. 26, 7 PM PT. More details to come when patch notes go live.

Nintendo files lawsuit against Amazon Switch hack reseller, says piracy is a “serious, worsening international problem”

Polygon is reporting that Nintendo of America filed a lawsuit today against an Amazon Switch hack reseller, Le Hoang Minh. The company says its copyright measures have been circumvented in selling an RCM Loader as a means to “jailbreak” the system.
Nintendo previously sent a DMCA notice in hopes of initially dealing with the situation. After that, the seller issued a counterclaim. Amazon was required to relist the RCM Loader as a result unless Nintendo filed an infringement lawsuit. Nintendo now wants to stop the seller and receive $2,500 in damages for each infringement.
