Switch eShop

All-Star Fruit Racing might be in development for Switch. Earlier this month, it was rated for release in Brazil. PQube will apparently be publishing, and as they’ve given quite a bit of support to Switch thus far, putting All-Star Fruit Racing on the system would make sense.

If the name didn’t give it away, All-Star Fruit Racing is a karting title. The game has single-player and multiplayer modes, including online multiplayer.

the “RPGvania” Super Daryl Deluxe is releasing on Switch next month, Dan & Gary Games has announced. It’s due out as an eShop download on April 10.

Aside from being an RPGvania, Super Daryl Deluxe has brawler-style combat. The game takes place in “a perfectly normal, sprawling, multi-dimensional high school” where students and faculty have gone missing, and the classrooms have been locked down for weeks.

We’ve posted more information about Super Daryl Deluxe below, along with a trailer.

Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse previously appeared on 3DS and Wii U. Now WayForward is bringing the game to Switch as well, according to a listing on the Australian eShop.

Pre-orders are actually live as we speak. That option should be extended to other regions very soon.

Last Day of June is coming to Switch in just a matter of days, a listing on the European eShop reveals. The game is currently lined up for March 16. If not on the same day, it should be out in North America very soon as well.

Originally released last year, Last Day of June is an acclaimed adventure puzzle title. It follows the touching story of Carl and June as you “try to unlock the sequence of events that could save the day” as well as June’s life.

Planet Alpha

Team17 has announced Planet Alpha, “an atmospheric side-scrolling platform adventure game.” The game offers a mix of exploration, puzzles, stealth mechanics, and a unique art style.

Planet Alpha is currently slated for Q3 of this year. View some additional details and a trailer below.

After it was announced last year, Descenders initially launched on Steam last month. But what we’re really interested in is the Switch version, which is expected at some point as well.

The Switch release is still in the cards for RageSquid and No More Robots, but it sounds like the port is a long way off. RageSquid co-founder and lead coder Roel Ezendam told Redbull that the team hasn’t done much with the Switch version thus far, only determining that it will “require a lot of work” since “performance is a huge bottleneck when porting Descenders.” The team will only focus on Switch after the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions.
