Mad Rat Dead

A second trailer has been released by Nippon Ichi Software for the side-scrolling rhythm action game Mad Rat Dead. The Rat God explains to Mad Rat how to navigate and use the game’s various systems. Mad Rat Dead releases on Switch on October 29 in Japan and October 30 in North America and Europe. Notably, a demo is available on the Japanese eShop for anyone with a Japanese account on their Switch.

While a release date for the Switch version is still MIA, other platforms will be seeing Genshin Impact on September 28. The official website from miHoYo has added new character descriptions and information regarding some of the people you’ll get to meet in Liyue Harbor and Mondstadt. There is an exceptional amount of information for Qiqi, as well as a trailer of the characters in action, which can be found at the bottom of this post. Immortals: Fenyx Rising

Next week, Ubisoft is set to finally deliver an update on Immortals: Fenyx Rising, the project previously known as Gods & Monsters. The company will be showing off the game during Ubisoft Forward, which will be our first look since E3 2019.

New information has now appeared from an official Xbox Live listing. According to the store page, Immortals: Fenyx Rising will launch on December 3. It also comes with the following description and screenshots:

Bandai Namco has prepared a new One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 trailer to show off X Drake, one of the game’s upcoming DLC characters. Watch it below.

X Drake, along with Killer and an additional character, will be featured in the second DLC character pack for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 this fall.

Super Mario 3D All-Stars, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury

Super Mario 3D World will finally be joining the Switch lineup early next year, but it’s more than just a port. Nintendo has already indicated that there will be brand new content with Bowser’s Fury and online play will be supported, but GameXplain has picked up on other changes/additions as well.

Super Mario 3D All-Stars

Some fans have been a bit confused regarding the controls for Super Mario 3D All-Stars – specifically as it relates to Super Mario Galaxy. In a notice posted on the official page, Nintendo says that players can “shake a Joy-Con controller to activate Mario’s Spin ability or pass a Joy-Con controller to a friend for some extra help in Co-Star Mode.” For Switch Lite users, “detached Joy-Con controllers are required and sold separately.”
