After a number of years out of the spotlight, the Brain Age series finally returned on Switch recently. Dr. Kawashima as well as Nintendo explained how the game came to be in a recent interview.

Producer Kouichi Kawamoto, director Kenta Kubo, and Kawashima shared the following, as translated by Siliconera:

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – Fighters Pass Vol. 2 is now available for purchase via the eShop. Pricing is set at $29.99.

By purchasing the Fighters Pass Vol. 2, you’ll gain exclusive access to the Ancient Soldier Mii Fighter costume. It’s comprised of the Ancient Helm and Ancient Soldier Gear.

Of course, Fighters Pass Vol. 2 will feature a total of six Challenger Packs. Each one contains a new fighter, stage, and music.

Original: The latest update for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has just gone live. Nintendo is now distributing version 7.0.0.

Today’s update is highlighted by new character Byleth and the Garreg Mach Monastery stage as part of Challenger Pack 5. Additionally, new Mii Fighter costumes are available as DLC.

Bandai Namco has released an official character gameplay trailer for My Hero One’s Justice 2. Characters such as Mirio, Tamaki, Nejire, Mina, and Minoru are shown with all their quirks in battle. Additionally, footage has been released by various outlets giving a deeper look into the game. This footage has been included alongside the official trailer below. 

A new trailer has dropped for the upcoming One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4. The trailer showcases the online co-op the game features with live action gameplay. It also gives a glimpse of some outfits and in-game content at the end. Additionally, in-depth gameplay showcases have been revealed by several sources. We have added these below in addition to the live action trailer. 

Rune Factory 4 Special originally came out in Japan last July. Meanwhile, North America and Europe are getting the game at the end of next month. Some fans have been wondering why the wait has been so long, especially given that Rune Factory 4 did previously see an English release on 3DS. In a blog post, XSEED explained the situation.

A lot of factors were involved in the new release of Rune Factory 4 Special. XSEED pointed to a change in localization programming tools since the 3DS days, needing to review the entire script, the addition of French and German text, support for dual Japanese and English audio, and fixing other issues and bugs.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order

The latest update for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order went live today. Version 3.0.1. is out now, accessible for all players.

Today’s update addresses a bug in which players may have been unable to add additional controllers in multiplayer. Nintendo says that other issues have also been addressed.

Note that you’ll need the latest update to play multiplayer with anyone already on version 3.0.1.
