Ahead of the game’s launch on January 11th, Bandai Namco has announced and scheduled a Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition launch livestream for January 10th.

According to the stream’s YouTube description, Bandai Namco will join with game producer Tomizawa-san and streamer Fruitcake to show off a number of the enhanced version’s features. In addition, Tomizawa-san will also discuss the history of the series, as well as what it took to bring the classic JRPG to modern consoles.

Although the stream won’t go live until 4 PM PST on january 10th, the video has been included below. The stream is set to last one hour.

Splatoon 2 hosted another worldwide Splatfest this weekend with a Frosty Fest theme. For the latest event, Nintendo asked if players get most excited to spend the holidays with friends or family.

Last year, Ground Shatter and Rising Star Games announced RICO. The first-person buddy cop shooter doesn’t have a release date yet, but we should be seeing it at some point in the near future.

We originally anticipated that RICO would only be an eShop release. However, it appears that a physical version is also in the cards. Best Buy and GameStop list the shooter on their websites along with tentative release dates of February 12 and January 29 respectively.

We’ll pass along the final release date for RICO as soon as we have it.

Now that the holidays are over, Nintendo is gearing up for more maintenance. Thus far only one session is planned specifically for Switch happening a few hours from now.

Last month, Sabotage revealed Picnic Panic as free DLC for The Messenger. That might not be all for the game though, as two more packs could be possible.

As part of a Q&A with fans, director Thierry Boulanger described Picnic Panic as “an experiment.” While the team prepares for potentially “bigger things for the future,” it also wanted to “support and add more content to The Messenger.”
