ARMS hosted a new Party Crash this past weekend. During the event, Spring Man and Misango were featured with a “Timeless Showdown” theme.

The results of the latest ARMS Party Crash are now in. Spring Man ultimately took home the win with a final tally of 52% to 48%.

The Japanese Twitter account for Splatoon 2 has posted preview videos of two new music tracks to be added to the game. They are both from the in-universe band Squid Squad, who are responsible for quite a few songs on the soundtrack for both games, including Splattack!, the main theme for Splatoon. First up, here’s “Seasick”:

Nintendo has posted another update to the Smash Bros. Blog for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. This time around, we have an introduction to the Kapp’n Assist Trophy.

It’s time for the latest Famitsu’s most wanted games chart. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is again the most wanted Nintendo title.

Did you know that the NES games as part of Nintendo Switch Online have a low-latency mode? When enabled, input delay will be reduced when playing games online. However, Nintendo says that it may affect audio and visuals.

You can follow the steps below to enable low-latency mode:

Valkyria Chronicles 4

Initial data from this week’s UK software sales are in, providing interesting information about the debut of Valkyria Chronicles 4. It ended up at the ninth position in its first week on the all formats chart. Valkyria Chronicles 4 sold the most on PlayStation 4 at 54%, but Switch wasn’t too far behind at 39% while Xbox One followed last at 7%.

FIFA 19 appeared at the top of the charts in its first week. Unsurprisingly, Switch wasn’t really a factor here as was the case in 2017. The platform breakdown was 64% for the PS4, 35% for Xbox One, and 1% for Switch.

Nintendo has started to populate its maintenance schedule for the coming week. Thus far, one session is planned for Switch specifically.

The current schedule is as follows:

– 8:50 PM ET (October 1) – 10:30 PM ET (October 1)
– 1:50 AM in the UK (October 2) – 3:30 AM in the UK (October 2)
– 2:50 AM in Europe (October 2) – 4:30 AM in Europe (October 2)
