My Hero: One’s Justice day-one patch adding Arcade Mode

Bandai Namco has confirmed that a day-one patch will be offered for My Hero: One’s Justice. Once installed, players will have access to Arcade Mode. Here players can experience a ladder-style tournament where they’ll compete against several CPU opponents. By completing the mode with different characters, you’ll get an exclusive item.
Bandai Namco also recapped pre-order bonuses for North America. Reserve the game to access Endeavor as a playable character, who will also be available to purchase as paid DLC. Endeavor has his own missions that can be purchased as well. Finally, Deku Shoot Style can be downloaded as a free playable character at launch.

World of Final Fantasy Maxima can now be pre-loaded on the Japanese eShop. To download the game, 10.7GB of free space is required. Other regions should follow with pre-loading soon.

SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy has a new DLC character to announce very soon. NIS America is teasing the reveal on Twitter, which will be taking place on October 25. Only a silhouette has been shown thus far.
After the new character is revealed, she’ll be playable at London MCM Comic Con. Stay tuned for news about the identity of the mystery addition.

Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends Definitive Edition was announced for Switch in Japan this week. Koei Tecmo has now followed up with news for the west, confirming plans for a western release.

Stardew Valley getting collector’s edition in Japan

Stardew Valley hasn’t seen a retail release in the west, but in Japan, something special is in the works. Publisher Oizumi Amuzio announced today that a collector’s edition is happening.
Aside from the game itself, a special box along with three bonus items will be included. Fans will be given the original soundtrack, a map of Pelican Town, and a beginner’s guidebook.
Stardew Valley’s Japanese collector’s edition goes on sale starting January 31. Pricing is set at 3,500 yen.

82% of Starlink: Battle for Atlas’ debut sales in the UK were on Switch

Earlier today, the latest UK charts were reported. One of the important bits of news was that Starlink: Battle for Atlas debuted at #14. That’s a bit on the low side, but what’s pretty significant is how many units were sold on Switch. Starlink can thank Switch for 82% of its debut sales, compared to just 10% on PlayStation 4 and 9% on Xbox One.
Also as we saw, the best-selling new Switch game was Dark Souls: Remastered. Luigi’s Mansion for 3DS appeared for the first time as well at #23.
