Stern Pinball Arcade update out now (version 1.3)

Stern Pinball Arcade has been updated on Switch. Assuming you have the game, version 1.3 is now available.
The latest update only adds in one feature, but it’s a pretty notable one. Players now have access to vertical mode. You can enable the mode with just the press of a button.

The Lost Child releases in North America on June 19, Europe on June 22

NIS America has locked down a western release date for The Lost Child. In North America, we’ll be seeing it on June 19. Europe will have access a few days later on June 22.

Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition launches May 8 in North America

Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition is coming to North America on May 8, XSEED announced today. Pricing is set at $39.99.
In Europe, Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition was given an April 27 release date last week.
Yesterday Origins essentially confirmed for Switch

Earlier in the year, Yesterday Origins was rated by the USK. It was a sign that Microids intends to bring the title to Nintendo’s console.
Amazon France is now listing Yesterday Origins for Switch as well. Assuming the retailer hasn’t pulled the information out of thin air, we can safely say this is happening. We also have the boxart attached above.

Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch – Enhanced Edition could be coming to Switch. ozgameshop, a retailer in the UK, is currently listing the game for Nintendo’s console.
Originally a mobile game before being released on new platforms in 2015, Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch is a turn-based strategy title. The Enhanced Edition is “a revamped and improved version of the original game” with visual enhancements in Unreal Engine 4, new marines, and more. Also included for Switch are a “redesigned and intuitive user interface and custom controls”.
ozgameshop has Warhammer 40,000: Deathwatch down for a tentative September 21 release. Find some additional details and a trailer below.

Nintendo is back with another piece of concept art from Super Mario Odyssey. Today, we have a look at the design for Tiara. Nintendo notes that she wears a veil similar to a peach in a wedding dress, and her expressions are just like Cappy’s.

Super Rare Games says its next Switch physical releases “are absolutely insane”, shipping costs to be reduced

Super Rare Games is one of the latest companies to have entered the physical games market. In fact, they’re focusing exclusively on releases for Nintendo’s platform. Thus far Super Rare Games has worked with Curve Digital to produce boxed copies of Human: Fall Flat and The Flame in the Flood.
Super Rare Games isn’t saying what’s next just yet, but they are looking to hype fans up. An email sent out to customers mentions that their next titles “are absolutely insane.”

Two of Nintendo’s developers attended GDC 2018 to deliver presentations about their Switch games. Hisashi Nogami and Kosuke Yabuki, the producers of Splatoon 2 and ARMS respectively, were both on hand.
