Nintendo have dropped a new gameplay trailer for Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, giving us a better look at the exploration mechanics and the game’s world.

Here’s some more information about the game:

Edia has announced that Cosmic Fantasy Collection will be making its way over to Switch. The game is set to release in Japan on December 15, 2022.

Cosmic Fantasy Collection, as the name suggests, is a collection of two previous Cosmic Fantasy games, Cosmic Fantasy: Adventure Boy Yuu, and its sequel, Cosmic Fantasy 2: Adventure Boy Van. These games are RPGs originally released on PC-Engine (known as the TurboGrafx-16 in the West) in 1990 and 1991 respectively. They are sci-fi space-faring adventures, notable for being some of the first games to utilize anime-style cutscenes and voice acting to portray important story moments. Cosmic Fantasy 2 was also the only title in the seven-game franchise to release outside of Japan, making its way to North America in 1992.

PowerWash Simulator

Square Enix announced a slew of new Switch games this week, and the pattern continues with PowerWash Simulator.

The soothing sim title, developed by FuturLab, launched this past summer on Xbox platforms and PC. The power of relaxation is placed into the hands of players, and they can unlock new tools and upgrades to help clean more efficiently.

It Takes Two graphics comparison

GameXplain has shared a new graphics comparison for the Switch and PS5 versions of It Takes Two.

Following previous rumors that EA was planning a port of the game for Nintendo’s console, the news was made official this week. An announcement was delivered during the new Nintendo Direct on Tuesday.

Dragon Quest Treasures TGS 2022

At the 2022 Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix debuted a new trailer for Dragon Quest Treasures. Fans can get a new look at the RPG treasure hunting adventure title.

Akai Ito & Aoi Shiro HD Remaster

Success today unveiled Akai Ito & Aoi Shiro HD Remaster, a bundle containing a pair of mystery visual novels. A release is planned for 2023 on Switch in Japan.

Akai Ito first made it to the PlayStation 2 on October 21, 2004 in Japan. Aoi Shiro then debuted on April 5, 2008, also as a Japan-only title.

Yakuza Switch

Despite some fans hoping it would happen, the Yakuza series has stayed off Switch. That doesn’t seem to be changing anytime soon, with executive producer and Ryu Ga Gotoku studio head Masayoshi Yokoyama now weighing in.

Yokoyama spoke with GameSpot about the situation, explaining that the two are a mismatch. He feels Switch is considered to be more family-friendly in contrast to the underground attitude of the Yakuza series.

Subnautica: Below Zero What The Dock

A new patch for Subnautica: Below Zero is here, which is known as the “What the Dock” update.

A new Custom Game Mode and Seatruck Dock have been added. Additionally, an Unstuck Button has been made available, along with a slew of bug fixes.

Sifu physical Redemption Edition

Sifu was revealed for Switch yesterday, and Microids has now confirmed that it’s planning a physical release.

With the Redemption Edition, players will receive a copy of the game, an exclusive steelbook, the original game score (digital), and three lithographs. The Vengeance Edition includes everything in the Redemption Edition plus “The Art of Sifu” print artbook and a figurine.

Persona 5 Royal 1 More Edition

Atlus will release the 1 More Edition for Persona 5 Royal when the RPG launches on Switch next month, the company just announced.

Other than a physical copy of the game, players will also receive a steelbook case, treasure chest box, art frame inspired by Justine’s Le Grimoire clipboard, Phantom Thieves art prints, Akechi’s briefcase bag, and Arcana tarot card deck. Pre-orders are now open via Atlus’ online store here.
