Xenoblade Chronicles X has been discounted over at GameStop. As of now, you can pick up a copy for only $29.97. We’re unsure when the sale ends, but it should be ongoing for the next few days.

IGN caught up with Zelda: Breath of the Wild director Hidemaro Fujibayashi, technical director Takuhiro Dohta, and art director Satoru Takizawa to discuss the game’s creation in greater depth. Some interesting comments were shared about the game’s development. Fujibayashi, Dohta, and Takizawa talked about starting out with a small team, the 2D prototype, making The Great Plateau first, and more.

Fans have come across a new Easter egg of sorts in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. By piecing together results from the first four Shrines, it would seem that the game has a hidden message. We’ve placed the image past the break just to be safe with spoilers.

Switch, Wii U & 3DS online services maintenance taking place early next week

All of Nintendo’s online services on Switch, Wii U and 3DS will undergo maintenance for two hours early next week and will not be available during that period. Thankfully, the Splatoon 2 Global Testfire will not be affected by this. Below are the exact times:
- 3 PM PT (March 27) – 5 PM PT (March 27)
- 6 PM ET (March 27) – 8 PM ET (March 27)
- 11 PM in the UK (March 27) – 1 AM in the UK (March 28)
- 12 AM in Europe (March 28) – 2 AM in Europe (March 28)

My Nintendo adds new Kid Icarus rewards in North America

Original: New rewards centering around Kid Icarus have been added to My Nintendo in North America.
First, the three special Kid Icarus animated shorts that originally premiered a few years ago are out now. You can redeem these downloadable videos on 3DS for 100 Platinum Points each.
A trio of Kid Icarus discounts are also available. They’re as follows:
