Witch Beam has opened up regarding the possible future of Unpacking, particularly when it comes to DLC and a sequel.

Let’s get the bad news out of the way first. If you were hoping to see more of Unpacking soon, you’ll be disappointed to hear that if anything happens, it won’t be for a long while.

Digimon Con is taking place today, and while many had hoped that there would be news about a release date for Digimon Survive, we’re still left without that answer. Producer Kazumasa Habu revealed that Witchcraft left the project at some point, and a new team is now involved.

Other than that, the latest gameplay tidbits were shared. First up, we have a few numbers – specifically that there’ll be 113 trainable Digimon, 12 chapters, and 3 branching paths with morality, harmony, and rage beginning on chapter 8 a secret route will open once you finish one. Each route has 40 hours.

According to retailer listings, 505 Games intends to distribute a physical version of Grow: Song of the Evertree on Switch.

The title originally appeared on the console back in November. 505 Games hadn’t said anything regarding plans for a retail version, but it looks like it’ll be happening in early 2022.

Nintendo’s upcoming maintenance schedule has been updated once again. Along with Switch eShop downtime that we reported a few days ago, we now know that Switch network services will be impacted slightly early next week.

The full schedule as things stand now are as follows:

Evo 2022 will soon be revealing the games that will be included in the big fighting tournament, but organizers have decided to disclose early that Super Smash Bros. will not be represented in any form.

Smash Bros. has had a strong presence at Evo over the years and has been one of the most popular titles at the event. Melee, Brawl, Wii U, and Ultimate have all appeared at various times. At least for now though, that cord has been cut and Smash Bros. won’t be featured at Evo 2022.

An official statement reads:

A new update has arrived for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition on Switch. Rockstar Games lists it at version 1.04, though it should show up on your system as version 1.0.6.

This new update includes improvements for performance and stability along with tons of fixes. For the full patch notes, continue on below.
