Another 3D platformer joined the Switch library in Super Sami Roll, and we’ve now got a good chunk of gameplay. A video has come through with 16 minutes of footage.

For those that need a refresher on Super Sami Roll, read the following overview:

It’s been awhile since we last heard about the Switch version of Beyond Blue, E-Line Media’s underwater narrative adventure game. After it was announced for the system in May 2020, it released on most platforms a month later – though there was no news about when it would be reaching Nintendo’s console.

Thankfully, the wait is almost over. Beyond Blue has now popped up on the Switch eShop with a November 11 release date. Assuming the store page is spot on, you’ll be able to play it in just a few days.

Metroid director and producer Yoshio Sakamoto has again addressed the series’ future.

Sakamoto just finished up his work on Metroid Dread, which came to Switch last month. With many fans having completed the experience, some can’t help but wonder what lies in store for the character going forward.

In a new interview, Okami director Hideki Kamiya has spoken in-depth about wanting to make a sequel to the cult classic.

Kamiya is with PlatinumGames these days as one of the company’s founders. But even though he left Capcom, there’s strong interest in his part when it comes to working with Okami again.

In a piece published by YouTube channel Cutscenes, Kamiya stated:

Atlus has shared the latest demon trailer for Shin Megami Tensei V, which now provides a look at Alice. It has appeared in a ton of the franchise’s games, including Persona titles.

A new month rolled right on this week. Now that we’re in November, we want to know what you’ve been playing.

These past few weeks have been extremely busy for Nintendo releases between Metroid Dread, Mario Party Superstars, Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water, Dusk, World War Z, Dying Light, and many other titles. You could argue that this past month was the busiest of the year for Switch.

Wales Interactive brought the interactive movie Bloodshore to Switch this week, and if you’re curious about the title, you may want to check out some gameplay. A video has arrived with nearly a half hour of footage.

A new update for Overcooked! All You Can Eat went live on Switch this week, with players now being able to access version 1.0.6. It doesn’t contain any new features, but it’s worth downloading as it comes with some under-the-hood improvements and a number of different fixes.

The just-released circular platformer Circa Infinity made it to Switch yesterday, and if you’re interested in seeing what the title has to offer, you may be interested in a gameplay video that’s come in. 11 minutes of footage is now available.

New screenshots of GTA: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition have emerged from the Rockstar storer showing a first look at the Switch version.

Following previous speculation, Rockstar announced the redone versions of the classics last month. We then saw the debut trailer a couple of weeks ago. However, today’s images were captured specifically from the Switch version.
