Pokemon Masters EX has dropped its Halloween event Poke War Games. This is a costume event that sees some of the characters dressed up for the occasion.

A main storyline contains all these characters as well as a few individual sub-stories that feature Sync Pairs. All the parts of these stories can be unlocked with Story Keys which are rewarded for playing through the main storyline.

Here is a list of all the main and sub-stories that are included in the event:

For Atlus’ latest Shin Megami Tensei V, we now have a look at Kaya-no-Hime. This creature is essentially a new addition and will basically be making its debut in the Switch title.

As Kaya-no-Hime is relatively unknown, we don’t have a whole lot of information about the demon just yet. However, the Megami Tensei Wiki does have a small blurb. You can read the brief description below.

A new Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield Max Raid Battle event has just began with Sableye, Dusknoir, Zoroark, Corviknight, and Thievul. It’s being held as a tie in with Halloween.

There’s no real gimmick for this particular event. However, if you’re lucky enough, a Shiny Zoroark may appear.

System: Switch
Release date: October 28, 2021
Developer: Koei Tecmo
Publisher: Koei Tecmo

Perhaps the only thing scarier than Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water – the 2014 entry in Koei Tecmo’s long-running series of horror games about photographing ghosts – is how much time it took for this game to come to modern platforms. Quickly falling out of the spotlight upon the rapid decline of the Wii U, I was cynical about its prospects of being ported to the Switch and thus was pleasantly surprised to see it announced for current consoles earlier this year. But despite possessing a setting and tone that feels special compared to modern day ghost stories, Maiden of Black Water’s deep reliance on the versatility of the Wii U GamePad left me curious to see how it would fair without its second screen. Fortunately, Maiden of Black Water remains a darkly compelling experience that all horror fans owe it to themselves to experience – even if it feels rougher around the edges than it did originally.
