Bethesda will be returning to E3 for its fifth annual showcase. Announced today, the event will take place on June 9 at 5:30 PM PT / 8:30 PM ET.
Bethesda has had Switch-related news at its last couple of conferences, and that will be happening once again. Doom Eternal will be getting an “in-depth look” and there will be plenty of other titles shown off as well.
Fans who are interested in attending the E3 event will have an opportunity to do so. Bethesda says that invitations with more details, including how to register, are coming soon.
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes ended up seeing somewhat of a mixed reception – especially from a critical standpoint. However, this is something that director Suda51 actually expected.

Ratalakia Games has announced its next porting project for Switch. Super Weekend Mode, which combines shoot ’em up and falling block gameplay, will be released via the eShop.

Little Friends: Dogs & Cats was recently announced for the west following its launch in Japan. Today, Sold Out confirmed that the pet simulator is slated for May 28 in both North America and Europe.

Nintendo has announced a new Splatoon 2 Special Demo. It goes live on the eShop today, and can be played for a week starting tomorrow morning.
Even if you have Splatoon 2, you may want to download the demo regardless. For one thing, users will be emailed a seven-day free trial for Nintendo Switch Online. If you don’t have Splatoon 2, you’ll be able to save 20% during the demo period.
CyberConnect2’s Little Tail Bronx followup Fugue on the Battlefield was originally planned for this summer. However, it has now been confirmed that the game has been pushed back and will launch sometime during the fall instead.
CyberConnect2 hasn’t delivered a whole lot of news on Fugue on the Battlefield as of late, but that should be changing soon. Famitsu will host a gameplay live stream with company president and CEO Hiroshi Matsuyama and director Johan Gerrit on March 25, which you can watch below. Matsuyama will also discuss CyberConnect2’s “Next Plan” that covers the next ten years.
Square Enix today announced its lineup for PAX East 2019. Highlights include Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster, and Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age. While Dragon Quest Builders 2 will also only be appearing at the company’s booth on PlayStation 4, we do know that Nintendo’s booth will have the Switch version.

The second quarter-final of the ARMS Party Crash Bash is now over, and Twintelle defeated Max Brass. It was another close match with a final result of 51% to 49%. Twintelle will participate in the semifinals where she will battle Min Min.
The remaining quarterfinals matches to determine the last two competitors moving to the semifinals include Ninjara vs. Ribbon Girl and Mechanica vs. Dr. Coyle.
