Black Riddles Studio posted a video a few days ago showing cross-platform play between Switch and Xbox One. We now have a similar video for Switch and PC below.

Often during a game’s creation, developers have to scrap various elements. It could be due to a lack of time, or a completely different reason.

In the case of GoldenEye 007, Rare originally intended to have four different Bonds included. Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, and Pierce Brosnan would have all been playable in the end. Unfortunately, this was left on the cutting room floor, though some elements were left behind in the original code and files.

The first video has gone live for the Nintendo Classic Mini Famicom Weekly Shonen Jump 50th Anniversary Edition, which launches in Japan in July. We have it below.

Last September, Nintendo announced that the NES Classic Edition would be back in stores sometime this year. Just now, the company revealed a release date for its return.

Nintendo has confirmed that the NES Classic Edition will be available at stores once again starting on June 29. The hardware, along with the SNES Classic Edition, “are expected to be available through the end of the year.”

With the Switch’s boom in popularity over its past year, more and more developers are clamoring to get their games onto Nintendo’s newest hardware. While it’s an absolute treat to see indies and third-party developers finally wanting to invest in Nintendo, sometimes the rush to get onto the market can lead to problems along the way. While Battle Chasers: Nightwar has the makings of a solid little JRPG, it feels like it could’ve used a little bit more time before making its debut on the Switch.

eastasiasoft has sold a number of physical titles through Play-Asia. While that has mainly been limited to PlayStation platforms in the past, Switch is about to receive some attention as well.

Play-Asia has stated that the first release in its collection will go on sale in June. It’s not yet clear which game is planned, though we’ll be haring about it this month. All limited editions in the collection will cost $34.99 – the same amount as PlayStation systems.
