The sixth Global Mission in Pokemon Sun & Moon has begun. This time, players need to collect Poke Beans in Poke Pelago. The goal is to collect 3,000,000 or more Poke Beans by May 9th, 23:59 UTC. If the mission is a success, all players get 2000 FC; if the mission fails, all players get 200 FC. As always, these rewards are doubled if the game is tied to a Global Link account. If a player collects 30 or more Poke Beans, they get one Rare Candy. If all players collect more than 6,000,000 Poke Beans, everyone with a Global Link account gets a Level Ball.
The preview images of this week’s Famitsu magazine have revealed a new game for the Switch: Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi (Aspiration), the latest entry in the long-running Nobunaga’s Ambition series. We don’t know much beyond that at this point, but expect more info once we get our hands on this week’s issue of Famitsu.
It’s Tuesday, which means it’s Pokemon Shuffle update time, and it’s a fairly significant one this time as several Pokemon from Sun & Moon have been added to the game. First of all, new main stages are now available, starting with stage 551, Gastly.
Several new event stages have also been added. All of those will be available until May 9th:
- a new Pokemon Safari featuring Salandit, Togedemaru, Alolan Geodude, Alolan Graveler and Alolan Golem
- a Cosmog stage that can only be attempted once per day that can drop Skill Boosters and Exp. Boosters L
- a Mimikyu stage that can drop Mimikyu Skill Boosters and Raise Max Level
- a Litten stage
Only available until May 2nd is a “Try ’em Items” Oranguru stage. Finally, a new set of daily stages is now available:
- Monday: Oricorio Pom-Pom Style
- Tuesday: Wishiwashi
- Wednesday: Komala
- Thursday: Fomantis
- Friday: Torracat
A couple of updates from the ARMS Twitter account: first of all, they revealed another alternate costume, namely the dark-colored Ribbon Girl you see above. They also posted a screenshot of the “Arms Lab” stage as well as the next weapon showcase video, featuring the shocking Sparky:

The Greil Mercenaries are coming to Fire Emblem Heroes – the “World of Radiance” content update tomorrow will add Ike, Mist, Soren and Titania to the game. They will be available on a special Summoning Focus with increased appearance rates. In addition to that, new story chapters featuring them will also be added, as well as new quests. Puyo Puyo Tetris – a crossover of Puyo Puyo and Tetris – has been around in Japan since 2014, having released on just about every platform. With the Switch version as a Japanese launch title, it’s finally getting localized, albeit two months late. It goes without saying that Tetris is well known in the west with its release on every platform imaginable, though SEGA’s Puyo Puyo series is far less renowned internationally as it is in Japan. The last time a Puyo Puyo game saw an official international release was on GameCube in 2004.
Nintendo just launched a new section of the Splatoon 2 website. It now houses the “Squid Sisters Stories”, which intends to inform fans as to what happened between Callie and Marie following the final Splatfest.

Pokemon GO’s Eggstravaganza was a busy time for players. During the special event, 87 million Eggs were hatched, Niantic announced today.
The Pokemon GO Eggstravaganza took place between April 13 and April 20. It offered a greater variety of Pokemon in 2 km Eggs, more Candy for every Egg hatched, and double XP.
