The latest issue of Famitsu features a special collaboration illustration. As shown above, a new piece of art was specially drawn as a crossover between Splatoon and Ika Musume, otherwise known as Squid Girl.

Squid Girl has seen serialization as a manga since 2007. It features a girl of the same name, who sets out to take revenge against mankind for polluting the ocean.

Amazon has discounted the price of Bayonetta 2. As of now, copies can be purchased for $45 (save $15). You can get yours here.

Bayonetta 2 hasn’t gone on sale much since launching last October. It comes with a copy of the original Bayonetta, so you’ll definitely be getting your money’s worth!

A listing on Amazon UK has been discovered for the “Metal Mario 30th Anniversary Controller”. This can be used for both the Wii U and Wii.

Like the PDP Wired Fight Pads, this new Nintendo-licensed controller plugins into the Wii Remote. It works with games that support the Classic Controller and Classic Controller Pro along with most Virtual Console titles.

Amazon UK lists a tentative October 30 release date for the Metal Mario 30th Anniversary Controller. There’s a £20.70 price as well.

Target is running a sale on 3DS games. Through May 30, those who purchase two titles will be entitled to a third at no extra cost.

Over in Europe, Square Enix has trademarked “Bravely Second”. The name was just filed today, and could be a sign that a localization announcement is on the horizon. Perhaps we’ll hear something at E3 2015 next month?
