New Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire details and scans are starting to emerge from this month’s CoroCoro. In the magazine, a few new Mega Evolutions and other information are revealed.
Mega Altaria, Mega Lopunny, and Mega Salamence are all confirmed. Mega Altaria is Dragon/Fair type with Pixilate and Mega Lopunny who is Normal/Fighting type with Scrappy. Mega Salamence can use the ability Aerilate.
When players change Pikachu’s clothes for contests, it gets special moves. Pikachu Rock Star can use the move Meteor Mash, Pikachu Ph. D. knows Electric Terrain, Pikachu Pop Star knows Draining Kiss, Pikachu Belle knows Icicle Crash, and Pikachu Libre knows Flying Press.
Another tidbit from CoroCoro: players receive a shiny Beldum – who holds its Mega Stone – in Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire through an event. The magazine also confirms that you’ll earn special clothes for participating in contests with you meeting a Contest Idol named Lucia.
SEGA has revealed the next game joining its lineup of classic games redone in 3D. On August 20, 3D Thunder Blade will be available in Japan. Pricing is set at 926 yen.
There won’t be any new eShop releases in Japan next week due to the holidays. However, a few new Virtual Console games have been confirmed for the following week.
The following games are slated for August 20:
Fire Emblem Gaiden (Famicom) – 514 yen
Street Fighter Zero 2 (Super Famicom) – 823 yen
Mr. Driller 2 (Game Boy Advance) – 702 yen

Nuketown 2025 has been out on other platforms for a very, very long time. Just recently though, it seems that the content finally came to Wii U. Players can obtain Nuketown 2025 by installing an update on their console.
