A small update has been released for the Switch eShop game Astro Duel Deluxe. If you’ve downloaded the game, version 1.1.1 is now available.
Astro Duel Deluxe’s update addresses a few issues and makes a couple of improvements. The full patch notes are included below.
- Corrected issue with certain sound effects could cause corrupted sound or distortion from the left audio channel
- Disabled L, R, ZL, and ZR buttons when Joy-Con controller is switched to horizontal remote mode
- Modified controller vibration values to enhance gameplay
- Updated company splash screen logos
Snake Pass update out now (version 1.2.1)

Sumo Digital introduced a new Snake Pass update late last month. It was a pretty substantial one, adding in Time Trials and leaderboards on Switch. However, that pesky rumble bug was brought back with the patch.
On the bright side, Sumo has been quick to address the situation. Another Snake Pass update is now available, bringing the game to version 1.2.1. You should notice that the rumble issues have once again been addressed.

ARMS Japan Grand Prix 2017 announced, next update targeted for the middle of this month

Nintendo has announced the ARMS Japan Grand Prix 2017. The tournament will be held this fall, with local qualifiers held at four major cities: Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. A champion will then be determined with a large tournament. More details will be shared through the official Twitter account later.
Nintendo held a tournament for Japanese ARMS players earlier today, and towards the end, producer Kosuke Yabuki appeared. It was reconfirmed that Max Brass will be delivered as a playable fighter, along with his stage. Yabuki also indicated that Nintendo will be adding another game mode, new Arms, and fixes based on gathered data from online battles. Yabuki noted that Nintendo is trying its best to release the update in the middle of July.

Cave Story+ update will let you use the original graphics

Nicalis isn’t done with Cave Story+. The company is working on an update for the game, which will let players change the graphics. If you want to play with the original visuals rather than the high-res sprites, doing so will be possible.

Pokemon: Magikarp Jump update out now (version 1.2.0)

A second update is now live for Pokemon: Magikarp Jump. If you’ve downloaded the game, version 1.2.0 should be available.
The official patch notes are as follows:
・You can now challenge the Ultra League!
・You can now fish up new patterns of Magikarp!
・New events have been added!
・New Friendship Items and Decorations have been added to the Diamond Shop!
・Improved skipping function for scenes

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems are preparing another new update for Fire Emblem Heroes. Version 1.5.0 will be available soon.
There’s quite a bit here, and all of the information can be found below straight from Nintendo. Some highlights include new Chain Challenge and Squad Assault modes for Story Maps, experience adjustments, Tempest Trials improvements, and more.
Pokemon GO update rolling out (version 1.37.2 / 0.67.2)

Hot on the heels of Pokemon GO’s recent update that added new Gym features and Raid Battles, Niantic is rolling out another update for the mobile game. On iOS, the new version will be 1.37.2. For Android players Pokemon GO is being updated to version 0.67.2.
Unsurprisingly, this new update is much smaller in nature than the previous one. Niantic is only implementing bug fixes this time around.

Super Bomberman R users can download the game’s latest update. Version 1.4 began distribution tonight.
Tonight’s update is highlighted by the inclusion of new Konami characters – specifically Vic Viper Bomber, Simon Belmont Bomber, and Pyramid Head Bomber. Four new VS stages have also been added to the shop along with two new series of accessories.

OriginalNintendo just started to distribute a new update for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. If you have the game, version 1.2.0 is now available.
