Japan gets a Nintendo Direct after all! The video above largely covers the same kind of content highlighted by the North American/European presentations. There is the announcement of Bike Rider DX 2, though.

There’s also AR eShop cards for Animal Crossing (out Nov. 21) and Pikmin (Dec. 2). For Pikmin, pricing is set at 1,000 yen (yellow Pikmin), 2,000 yen (Red Pikmin) and 3,000 yen (Blue Pikmin). Consumers can also choose from the same pricing scheme for Animal Crossing, with the cards featuring the Nook brothers, Isabelle, and K.K. Slider.

GT.TV had a taste of Nintendo-related goodness last week by featuring brief new looks at Super Mario 3D World and Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Next week, the show will have full-blown coverage of the Big N.

We originally expected GT.TV’s “Nintendo and Donkey Kong” episode to air on November 15. Sometime within the past few days, though, the date was moved to November 22. Not too long of a delay, but a delay worth noting nonetheless.
