Rumor: Switch, Joy-Con Grip, and Pro Controller found in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 demo files

A few months ago, Activision announced Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2. The release is now coming up in just a couple of weeks. Although there hasn’t been any news regarding a Switch version, some evidence suggests that it could be happening in the future.
Activision brought out a demo for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 a few days ago, and interestingly enough, there’s some news for Switch fans. Images have supposedly been found in the files of the Switch unit itself, in addition to the Joy-Con Grip and Pro Controller.

Indie World Showcase live stream – August 18, 2020

Following yesterday’s announcement, the latest Indie World Showcase will be kicking off soon. The broadcast begins at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 5 PM in the UK / 6 PM in Europe, and should last about 20 minutes.

Update (8/17): The listing has now been pulled from Amazon UK. What that means at present is unclear.
Original (8/16): Could The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword be coming to Switch? Amazon UK at least seems to think it could be happening. A listing for the game has now popped up on the retailer’s website.

Nintendo will host a new Indie World Showcase on August 18, the company just announced. Switch owners can expect a 20-minute presentation regarding indie games coming to Switch.

Dragon Ball FighterZ reveals Master Roshi as new playable character

Master Roshi is joining the Dragon Ball FighterZ roster as a new playable character, Bandai Namco announced during the Dragon Ball FighterZ Showcase today. He’ll be available sometime in September.

[Interview] Samurai Jack: Battle Through Time dev talks origins, recreating the TV show, Switch version, and more

Samurai Jack officially wrapped up in 2017, so it was a bit of a surprise when a brand new game based on the show was announced earlier this year. Adult Swim Games has teamed up with Japanese developer Soleil on a 3D action title that will have fans revisiting locations from the show, taking on familiar enemies, and more.
Ahead of next week’s release, we were able to speak with director Hiroaki Matsui from Soeil. We chatted about how the project happened and the studio’s involvement plus what it was like recreating the TV show. Switch was another topic of discussion as we wanted to get a better idea a to what players can expect from that version.
