This week, the ESA revealed that Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft are all adopting new policies that will require games on their platforms to disclose drop rates of loot boxes. The Big N has now issued a statement about the initiative.

Nintendo has revealed the next round of games that will be added to NES – Nintendo Switch Online in August 2019. This month, subscribers will be able to get their hands on Kung-Fu Heroes and Vice: Project Doom.

SOEDESCO today announced that it will publish the horror game Monstrum on Switch. Although a release date wasn’t shared, we do at least know it will be sold both physically and digitally.

At the Federal Trade Commission’s Inside the Game workshop earlier today, ESA chief counsel of tech policy Michael Warnecke announced that Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony are working on policies that will require this information to be disclosed on their systems.
