Many people had predictions as to what Nintendo would show at The Game Awards last week. Yet not many saw an exclusive new Marvel game for Switch coming – especially one developed by Team Ninja.

Nintendo did in fact announce Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, and it’s coming only to Switch next year. After The Game Awards ended, IGN asked Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime how the three-way collaboration with Marvel and Team Ninja happened.

Stardew Valley developer ConcernedApe provided a big update on the future of Stardew Valley and more in a blog post today.

While ConcernedApe has been working on an entirely different project, it has now been put on hold. That’s because a 1.4 update is in the works that will add even more content to the game for free. After that, a team will be formed so that the game can continue to get even more content while ConcernedApe shifts back to the new game.

Here’s the full report from ConcernedApe:

Since the announcement of Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, fans have requested ports of the original No More Heroes games on Switch. Creator Suda51 has expressed interest in the idea in the past, and again has indicated that he’d like to make it happen.

Whether through its story, art style, gameplay, or even a combination of all those elements, those titles are the ones that will most likely leave a lasting impression on us for years. Even though those games are few and far between, when they do show up it feels like a breath of fresh air in a space that can feel stale and stifling every so often. Gris, published by Devolver Digital and developed by Nomada Studio, is one of those special releases.

YouTuber Doctre81 has spotted a couple of interesting profile listings from Blind Squirrel Games that point to a possible new collection for Switch. The developer appears to be working for an unspecified company on some sort of collection.

One staffer mentions that he’s remastering/porting a trio of fighting titles from the 90’s, planned for Switch and other platforms. The staffer is making “UIUX designs for all screens with newly designed features”.
