Fire Emblem Heroes Choose Your Legends 6

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have announced a Choose Your Legends: Round 6 event for Fire Emblem Heroes.

Like in previous years, fans have the opportunity to vote for their favorite characters from the franchise. The top two male and top two female Heroes will appear later on wearing special Choose Your Legends outfits. Ike (Radiant Dawn), Masked Marth, Hector (Binding Blade), Eliwood (Binding Blade), Flame Emperor, and Marth (Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light / Shadow Dragon) are ineligible.

Kinduo

Publisher Ratalaika Games, along with developer Nibb Games, have announced plans to bring Kinduo to Switch. The puzzle-platformer is lined up for a January 21 release.

Nintendo has just issued a new Switch firmware update, version 13.2.1.

As noted in today’s patch notes, it includes the following: “General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience.” Version 13.2.1 does not contain any new features, changes, or any other content.

The big Project_Hel expansion for Ghostrunner has been delayed, and will not release on January 27 as originally planned. 505 Games, One More Level, 3D Realms, Slipgate Ironworks, and All In! Games have shifted the DLC to March 3 instead.

Regarding the delay, the team had this to say:

Wired Productions, Wolf & Wood, and Oiffy have debuted a new “Jungle Fulfillment Centre Tour” trailer for The Last Worker – courtesy of IGN. 

The first-person narrative adventure game was announced for Switch last May. We haven’t heard much about the project since then, but today’s video provides a brand new look.

River City Girls Zero physical

Limited Run Games has shared details on a new physical release of River City Girls Zero for Switch.

Fans will be able to choose between a few different options: standard, Classic Edition, and Ultimate Edition. The Classic Edition packs in a copy of the game, a reversible 18″ 24″ poster, and an original soundtrack in a retro box. The Ultimate Edition features a copy of the game, a poster, a soundtrack, and a retro cart keychain as well as posable Misako & Kyoko action figures.

Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishments Switch

The Sinking City developer Frogwares is putting Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments on Switch, an eShop listing reveals. Look for it to arrive on February 3.

Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Cloud Version has been delayed, meaning the Switch edition won’t be ready to go next month.

The game had previously been announced for a February 2, 2022 launch. While that’s still true for all other platforms, it’ll be a significantly longer wait on Nintendo’s console. Techland says it aims to have the Switch version wrapped up “within six months from the original date.”

Speaking about the delay, the studio explained:

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is more than a week away, but early copies have already been spotted in the wild and it’s brought about a new leak. Some noteworthy reveals have also made their way online today. We’ve got a look at new Pokemon as well as new Hisuian forms of preexisting creatures.
