Two of Nintendo’s latest Japanese accessories appear to be releasing in Europe next month. Amazon Germany has listings up for the “Wii U High Capacity-Battery” and “Wii Remote Rapid Charging-Set” – both with October 4 dates. Neither product has been officially announced for Europe, but Amazon’s listings do look legitimate.

Update: Date not confirmed – see this story.

Nintendo dated a bunch of games last month, including Super Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. However, Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games was missing a date of its own.

Nintendo has since sent out a Wii U notification with an apparent release date. According to the message, the new Mario & Sonic title is due out on November 8. It’ll be available at retail and digitally on the same day.

Over The Moon’s new project “The Fall” appears to be heading to Wii U. The studio says that the game will be released on Nintendo’s console following the initial PC and Mac release.

The Fall mixes action platforming and adventure gaming. Players control virtual intelligence known as “ARID” in the form of a combat suit. When activated, the human pilot inside slips into unconsciousness. ARID will need to help the human pilot and carry it to safety.

On Kickstarter, Over The Moon has already reached its goal of $17,000 CAD with 17 days remaining. A Wii U stretch goal lies at $29,000 CAD. There’s a pretty good chance of the Kickstarter hitting that target, though a recent update from the studio suggests that a Wii U version is guaranteed.
