LEGO Super Mario Princess Peach's castle

With MAR10 Day taking place tomorrow, some news has come online early about the latest set in the LEGO Super Mario line.

Official images were posted earlier today of a Princess Peach’s castle playset on the official Instagram account, though they have since been deleted. An official announcement is expected tomorrow.

digimon faq

At Digimon Con last week, Kazumasa Habu – the producer of the series’ video games – answered a ton of different fan questions. Aside from sharing the latest about Digimon Survive, he tackled other topics such as sequels and ports, plus lots more.

Bandai Namco has now published the full transcript of the conversation with Habu. You can read it in full below.

Douglas Tronsgard Next Level Games retiring

Douglas Tronsgard has announced that he’s retiring from Next Level Games and the industry as a whole.

Up until now, Tronsgard has been acting as the company’s president. He was also a co-founder and the developer’s CEO, though he stepped down from that position last year.

The Cuphead Show season 2

The Cuphead Show is coming back for season 2, Netflix has announced.

Specifics haven’t been shared at this time. That being said, the streaming platform confirmed that the show will return this summer, so fans won’t have to wait terribly long for new episodes.

NVIDIA Switch leak

NVIDIA was hit with a cyberattack last week, and while we won’t get into all of the details, a leak since then may have relevance pertaining to a new type of Switch system.

TechPowerUp has since come forward with a list of leaked files. Among them is an NVN2 folder, an apparent NVNDLSS driver, and possible files about T239.

zero racers

Back in the day, Nintendo was planning a new F-Zero game for the Virtual Boy known as Zero Racers. Although the game never released, it was apparently finished.

That news comes from former Nintendo of America staffer Jim Wornell, who worked on the project as the localizer. Wornell handled the game’s text, boxart, manual, and testing.

Did You Know Gaming has Wornell mentioning the following:

Following its announcement last October, it’s been confirmed that Tokyo Game Show 2022 will indeed have a physical presence when it takes place later this year. This new comes to us today from the event organizers, the Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association.

TGS 2022 was announced last year only a few weeks after TGS 2021. That event had also been a hybrid, with both physical events and online presentations taking place during the show. TGS 2022 seems to be more of the same, putting a greater emphasis on physical booths and exhibitions while maintaining a strong online presence.

It goes without saying that Pokemon Scarlet / Violet was the biggest announcement of the show, closing out the presentation. Gen 9 is here, and it’s bringing along an open-world with it. We also got a new update for Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Shaymin’s appearance in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond / Shining Pearl, Alola Pokemon for Pokemon GO, and more. You can catch up on all of the news here.

What are your thoughts on the Pokemon Presents video that aired earlier today? How do you feel about Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet thus far? Let us know in the comments below.
