Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are the next true entries in the franchise. This is also the latest generation and the first new one on a console. Given those aspects, it makes sense that Game Freak re-examined all aspects of gameplay while developing Pokemon Sword/Shield.

Planning director Kazumasa Iwao spoke with Game Informer in the magazine’s latest issue as to how Game Freak approaches keeping the experience fresh, stating:

MindSeize

Kamina Dimension ended its Kickstarter campaign not too long ago for MindSeize, an upcoming Metroidvania game. Having reached its $19,000, a release on Switch has been secured.

Earlier this year, Dire Wolf announced that the popular free-to-play digital collectible card game Eternal would be making its way to Switch. A specific release date of October 8 was confirmed today.

Cross-platform play will be supported between Switch, Xbox, PC, phones, and tablets. More information about what’s planned for the Switch edition can be found below.
