Prior to the Tokyo Game Show, SEGA gave fans the opportunity to vote on the games it wants to see as part of SEGA Ages. During a stage show at the event earlier today, the results were announced.

Mario Kart Arcade GP VR originally appeared in Japan over a year ago. Then in July, we heard that UK fans would be able to try out the game over the summer. But how about North America?

The good news is that Mario Kart Arcade GP VR will finally debut in the United States very soon. Beginning October 1, it’ll be showing up at Washington D.C.’s Union Station thanks to the VR Zone Portal. This is the first stateside location to debut Mario Kart Arcade GP VR.

Rise and Shine

Earlier this year, we heard that Adult Swim Games and Super Mega Team would be bringing Rise and Shine to Switch. A release date has now been set, and it’s coming pretty soon. The eShop shows that Rise and Shine will be available on September 27.

Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate

This week, Capcom issued a new update for Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate. All players can access version 1.1.0.

According to Capcom, there’s one new addition with the patch. An option has been made available to set L Stick to toggle dashing.

Just shortly after its initial announcement at the Tokyo Game Show, Capcom has announced that Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy will be released for Switch in the west. A release is planned for early 2019.

Capcom is porting the first three Ace Attorney games to Switch in addition to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam, the company revealed at the Tokyo Game Show today. This will be released as Ace Attorney 1-2-3 in Japan, which is likely to be called the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy in the west.

At the Tokyo Game Show today, Bandai Namco announced a pair of Sword Art Online games for Switch. Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Complete Edition (featuring the main game and DLC) and Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization will both be released on Nintendo’s platform.

A new game was revealed for the SEGA Ages lineup on Switch during the Tokyo Game Show today. The news was just delivered during a stage show event.

This announcement is quite significant. Many years ago, SEGA and M2 expressed interest in bringing Virtua Racing to 3DS during the SEGA 3D Classics era, but it never panned out. Now the two sides will finally be able to make a digital release possible on Nintendo’s console.
