A few more images and details about Splatoon hit the Japanese Twitter account last week. Continue on below for the latest content pertaining to the game.
This is another device made by the Octupus Army Corps. Shooting the propellers of this fan-like device with ink will cause the platform’s motor to run. Moving the propellers too fast will sometimes cause enemies to dive onto the platform. You must be cautious when using these platforms.
One of our researchers got their hands on what appears to be blue prints for the Octopus Army’s weapons.
This one will automatically follow any intruders and shower them with a rain-like ink to chase them away. The Inkling’s attacks appear to have no affect on this device. That is one scary weapon….

Digital Foundry ultimately concludes, “the fourth entry in the Smash Bros. series is a true technical milestone for both of the Kyoto giant’s leading platforms.” The Wii U version manages to provide a consistent 60 frames per second experience in 1080p, while the 3DS version also takes advantage of its hardware and almost never falters, even when 3D is enabled.

Later this month, the Animal Crossing Plaza service will be coming to a close. Nintendo is planning on removing the software from the eShop after December 22.
While time is running out on Animal Crossing Plaza, it sounds like there could still be some exciting things in the works for Animal Crossing overall. Well, maybe. An official message posted on Miiverse makes note of how news will be posted to the Animal Crossing News Community in 2015.

Rumor: Marth, Wii Fit Trainer, and Villager amiibo discontinued
Posted on 10 years ago by Brian(@NE_Brian) in General Nintendo, Rumors | 29 Comments
Nintendo may have discontinued a trio of amiibo figures, if one retailer is to be believed.
Video Games Plus stated on Twitter earlier today that the Marth, Wii Fit Trainer, and Villager are “gone forever”. That’s based on information apparently coming from the retailer’s Nintendo distributor. Video Games Plus was told that all three “are officially discontinued”.
Here are the full tweets from Video Games Plus:
