Sega 3D Classics getting retail release in Japan

Sega will be releasing a retail compilation of their 3D Classics collection on December 18th for 3980 yen. Included in the package will be:
- 3D Space Harrier
- 3D Fantasy Zone
- 3D Outrun
- 3D Streets of Rage
- 3D Shinobi 2
- 3D Ecco the Dolphin
- “Bonus” titles Space Harrier 3D and Outrun 3D will be included

4 Corner Games have also come out and said that the game will have six modes, more camera angles (1 optimised for the smaller 3DS screen, one closer to the Wii U game) and a few extra secrets for players to discover.

At this stage it’s a bit hard to avoid character and stage information with the game officially out in Japan, but today Sakurai officially reveals another 3DS stage:

There are a lot of new elements in the PictoChat 2 stage. In this screenshot, it looks like there is depth to the stage…or like there isn’t. The illusory nature of the drawing is meant to challenge your perspective.
Taiko no Tatsujin Tokumori getting Attack on Titan, Tales and Totoro tracks

Bandai Namco have announced some new crossover themes that will be appearing in the Taiko series next Wii U outing:
- “V” from Pokemon X & Y animated series
- A “My Neighbour Totoro” medley
- “Hikaru Yami” from Tales of the World: Reve Unitia
- “Feuerroter Pfeil und Bogen” from Attack on Titan
Additionally the new game will boast a Vocaloid category of songs featuring “World End Dance Hall’, “Senbonzakura”, Amanojaku” and “Yabanashi Deceive”
