Pokemon Cafe Mix

One of the new projects announced during today’s Pokemon Presents broadcast was Pokemon Cafe Mix. Pre-loading for the game has now gone up on the eShop, with the title requiring 112MB of free space.

Pokemon Cafe Mix launches for Switch as well as mobile on June 24.

Pokemon Sword/Shield

Coinciding with today’s launch of The Isle of Armor for Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, the Switch games have been updated. Version 1.2.0 is live worldwide.

Aside from adding in the new DLC, additional Pokemon can now appear, Link Codes are now 8-digits long, and more.

Pokemon Sword/Shield - The Isle of Armor

As part of The Isle of Armor DLC for Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, a bunch of returning creatures have been added to the games. Dataminers have already uncovered the full lineup of Pokemon that have been brought back from prior titles.

Bounty Battle

Publisher Merge Games, along with developer Dark Screen Games, announced the final release date for the indie beat ’em up crossover Bounty Battle. The game launches for Switch via the eShop on July 16.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have officially kicked off the new Expansion Pass. The Isle of Armor, the first part of the DLC, has launched today.

New Pokemon Snap

Nintendo has shared more information about the just-announced New Pokemon Snap for Switch. Aside from the actual overview, it’s been revealed that Bandai Namco is developing the game.

During today’s Pokemon Presents presentation, it was announced that Mega Evolution is coming to Pokemon GO. This will be available later in 2020.

In other news, Galarian Farfetch’d is now appearing in Pokemon GO. Players will also receive special avatar items themed after the training clothing they can wear in The Isle of Armor from Pokemon Sword/Shield.

Pokemon Home

The latest update for Pokemon Home is starting to go live. Version 1.2.0 is starting to be distributed on iOS and Android, and Switch should follow shortly.

Today’s update naturally contains compatibility for The Isle of Armor. Another highlight is that, with the GTS, search conditions can’t be set under “Pokemon wanted.”
