Atlus confirmed today that all Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker pre-orders and limited first-run copies will come with a soundtrack CD. We also have the game’s North American boxart. View the pack shot above.

Check it out! One of our lab assistants just texted over this fascinating new image. It looks like the interior of a giant warehouse, and the location of some intense turf-war battles. I sure hope the squids get permission before going in here and clean up after themselves when they’re done…

Atlus has announced that a soundtrack CD will be included with all pre-orders and limited first-run copies of Etrian Mystery Dungeon. Additionally, the company shared the game’s North American boxart (above) and an English teaser (below).

Shovel Knight playable in Road Redemption

Shovel Knight is playable in Road Redemption, developer DarkSeas Games has revealed. You can check out a trailer showing Yacht Club Games’ character in action below.
In other news, DarkSeas said in a new Kickstarter update that the team is “still working hard” on porting Road Redemption to various platforms, including Wii U. A release date is still unknown.

Yuji Horii not directing Dragon Quest X Version 3

Dragon Quest creator Yuji Horii won’t be directing Dragon Quest X Version 3. At Jump Festa, Horii explained that he’s “busy” working on the franchise’s next entry, Dragon Quest XI. It’s currently unknown who exactly is directing X’s upcoming expansion.

Well-known reviews aggregator Metacritic posted a comprehensive breakdown of 2014’s best video games. In terms of brand new titles, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U was the highest-rated release with a total score of 92 out of 100.
