Nintendo Switch Parental Controls

The Switch Parental Controls app has been updated to Ver. 1.13.0. The update is available for both Android and iOS devices, and it only takes a meager 18 MB of storage. Here are the patch notes:

LINE Games Corporation will be rolling out their visual novel Buried Stars worldwide on Switch and PS4 on July 30th. This Korean-made game will support Japanese and Korean voice-overs, as well as English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese subtitles. The trailer for the game is below. Amazon has posted the boxart for Zengeon, an anime infused action RPG and roguelite game. Get a look at the packaging image above.

Nintendo Switch

The latest firmware update for Switch is now available. Just a few moments ago, Nintendo started the distribution of version 10.1.0.

Those looking for major additions will be left disappointed. As noted in Nintendo’s patch notes, today’s update simply involves: “General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience.”

The last major update for Switch was with version 10.0.0 in April. For that one, a notable addition was the ability to remap controller buttons. The full overview of the update can be found here.

Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing In Disguise

Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise director Hidetaka Suehiro has commented on transgender misrepresentation in the game.

In a statement posted to Twitter, Swery acknowledged that some fans may have been hurt by the portrayal of a particular character, but said that any harm done wasn’t intentional. He also confirmed plans to rewrite scenes.
