Switch

Earlier in the year, rumors persisted that Microsoft would be bringing Xbox Game Pass to Switch. There hasn’t been an official announcement, but that doesn’t mean the possibility doesn’t exist.

Giant Bomb spoke with Xbox boss Phil Spencer last night at E3 2019 and asked the executive about that very topic. Spencer noted that Microsoft is currently focusing on Android for streaming because of its reach, and while bringing the service to Switch wouldn’t be a simple task, they want Game Pass “everywhere.” He also had high praise for the system and Nintendo as a whole.

Assemble Entertainment has released a launch trailer for its Switch title Leisure Suit Larry: Wet Dreams Don’t Dry. Watch it below.

Amazon has posted the Japanese boxart for Daemon X Machina. Get a look at the packaging image above.

Pokemon Sword/Shield

As we’ve heard throughout the week, Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield won’t feature all Pokemon. That means you won’t be able to transfer every creature that the series has seen.

If you were hoping that the games would be updated to support missing Pokemon in the future, you might be out of luck – at least for now. Game Freak’s Junichi Masuda and Shigeru Ohmori told Famitsu that there is currently no decision to bring the existing Pokemon that can’t be used back into the game using patches, but those that don’t will still have an active role in Pokemon HOME.
