A couple of weeks ago, Stick it to the Man was confirmed for Wii U. We caught up with Zoink founder Klaus Lyngeled following publisher Ripstone’s announcement to find out more about the game. We also asked about WeeWaa, interest in the 3DS, and more.

Wii U eShop

A pair of titles have been discounted on the North American Wii U eShop.

First up is TNT Racers: Nitro Machines Edition, which can be purchased for $4.99 (usually $7.99). This sale lasts until March 6.

Trine 2: Director’s Cut is also on sale, and can be bought for $7.99 (usually $19.99). The offer is valid until March 13.

Best Buy’s 20% discount on eShop cards is now live. Consumers can purchase a $50 card for $40, $35 for $28, and $20 for $16. You can place an order here.

I’m still holding out for an official confirmation about A Hat in Time on Wii U. It has to happen!

BLOK DROP U will be fairly cheap when it launches on the Wii U eShop in the near future. RCMADIAX confirmed via Twitter that the game is priced at just $1.99.


RCMADIAX has also confirmed that BLOK DROP U will be available in North America on March 6:

Game Informer has obtained a few more details about Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty from Just Add Water studio head Stewart Gilray. More screenshots from the game have appeared as well.

BLOK DROP U has been officially approved by Nintendo. Now that that’s out of the way, release information will be shared “soon” for North America.

Darksiders II will return to the European Wii U eShop next week, a listing on Nintendo’s UK website reveals. The game’s download is scheduled for relaunch on February 27. Nordic Games, who now owns the IP rights to Darksiders, will be publishing as expected.

You may remember that Darksiders II was pulled from the European eShop a little less than a year ago following THQ’s closure. Strangely though, the game is still up on the North American eShop to this day – with THQ still listed as publisher.

We’ve reached out to Nordic Games just to get the official word from them about Darksiders II’s renewed arrival in Europe. If we hear anything additional from the company, we’ll update this post.
