During the Q&A portion of Capcom’s latest financial results briefing, the company was asked about sales of Resident Evil Revelations’ port on various platforms. We now have concrete data for the first game’s performance on Switch.

Capcom indicated that Resident Evil Revelations for Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One has sold 500,000 copies. Of that number, roughly 250,000 units were on Switch specifically.

Capcom did not say how Resident Evil Revelations 2 has sold, unfortunately.

Square Enix announced Dragon Quest Builders 2 during the Dragon Quest Festival last August. While not confirmed, it’s possible that we’ll be getting an update this month.

On February 16, Square Enix is hosting a “Builders 100 Landscapes Contest: The Road to Builders 2” broadcast. This will cover details on a contest involving the Switch, PS4, PS3, and PS3 versions of the original game.

The broadcast’s description doesn’t specifically mention any new information about Dragon Quest Builders 2. However, based on the title, there could be some news.

Arowana Mall, the latest stage for Splatoon 2, will be added to the game tomorrow. Nintendo has announced that the map will be going live at the following times:

– 6 PM PT (February 1)
– 9 PM ET (February 1)
– 2 AM in the UK (February 2)
– 3 AM in Europe (February 2)

Arowana Mall originally appeared in the first Splatoon. You can get a look at how it looks in the sequel via the screenshots below.

A new update has gone live for Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It primarily acts as a way of adding in support for more languages, though Nintendo says fixes have also been implemented.

The full patch notes are as follows:

  • You can now select Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), or Korean in the language settings menu on the Switch console to display text in the selected language.
    • Voice Language selection is not supported for the above languages. If you choose “Match System Settings” in Options, voice data will be set to Japanese.
  • Various fixes to improve gameplay.
