Listings on the eShops provide file sizes for a bunch of Switch games. These include RWBY: Arrowfell, Wobbledogs, Blanc, and more.

A new interview was recently published in Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream about the Switch version of NieR: Automata, and there was even a bit of joking around about Smash Bros. and more.

It took a few years, but the game finally came to Switch this past October. The game had been one of the more requested ports for the console, and that’s something Square Enix, PlatinumGames, and Virtuos were finally able to deliver on.

Information and content stemming from this week’s Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet leaks are still popping up, and we now have a list of all moves that are included in the game. Also, if that wasn’t enough, we have the full rundown on moves that were removed.

Nintendo usually closes out the year with an Indie World Showcase, and that ended up happening this week. A new presentation was delivered with about 25 minutes of news regarding indie games for Switch.

One of the biggest of the bunch if Sports Story – the next game from Golf Story developer Sidebar Games – which is finally coming out in December. A few titles saw shadowdrops, including Rogue Legacy 2, A Little to the Left, and Once Upon a Jester. In terms of games we didn’t know about Switch previously, announcements included Venba, Have a Nice Death, ONI: Road to the Mightiest Oni, Pepper Grinder, Wobbledogs, and Inscryption. Lunistice, the retro-inspired 3D platformer, has received a new launch trailer. Deck13 and A Grumpy Fox brought the game to Switch this week.

We’ve got a new trailer for Jurassic World Aftermath Collection, which joined the Switch eShop this week. This is a reworked version of the survival adventure game originally released on Oculus Quest VR in two parts, which is now in one package for Nintendo’s console.

Black Hive Studio is bringing its arena shooter AlphaLink to Switch, the company has announced. It will be available on November 26, 2022.

AlphaLink supports local and online PVP matches, and has other features like a progression system. Read more about the game below.

Original (11/6): Amazon has joined the same party as Target with a new buy 2, get 1 free sale for November 2022 ahead of the holidays. This should include video games, books, toys, and more.

Amazon is slowly populating its list, and many more items should be added over the coming days. We’ll keep you updated, but right now a few games are being shown for Switch such as Digimon Survive, Capcom Fighting Collection, Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, Among Us: Ejected Edition, and World War Z. Titles for other platforms are also included.

On Twitter, Sonic Frontiers director Morio Kishimoto commented generally on feedback the game has received thus far, noting that they’ve been looking at the response from critics and players. While acknowledging that “there are still areas where we are not quite there yet,” he added that “we will take this seriously as a global playtest.”

In May of this year, SEGA said during financial results Q&A that it was “working hard to improve the quality of the game toward its sales for the holiday season.” The company also indicated that it was hoping for high review scores since a strong reception could “generate synergy with sales”.

Original (11/2): Yacht Club Games have announced a new software update for Shovel Knight Dig, which will provide an extensive number of fixes, improvements, and adjustments to the game. It currently does not have a release date for Switch. Full details can be found below:
