The Japanese entertainment brand Shueisha is opening a new subsidiary focused on gaming called Shueisha Games. This division will expand on the program that was established by the company last year, Shueisha Game Creators CAMP, which is a collaborative of over 4,000 creators including game developers, manga artists, novelists, visual artists, illustrators, and sound creators.

The game developers in this group are already hard at work, and it sounds like Shueisha Games will expand on these efforts moving forward. They have a number of games already in development, which can be viewed on their official website, including a tactics game releasing on Switch called Captain Velvet Meteor: The Jump+ Dimension.

More Switch games will surely be announced by this gaming division in the future, but for now feel free to check out a trailer and details about Captain Velvet Meteor: The Jump+ Dimension to Switch below.

Edia today announced Valis: The Fantasm Soldier Collection 2, a new package of classic titles for Switch. Note that the title may change at a later date.

Ahead of next month’s launch, Nintendo has just debuted a new 6-minute trailer for Nintendo Switch Sports. Fans can get a look at all of the included titles: soccer, volleyball, bowling, tennis, badminton, and chambara (with golf to follow this fall).

SNK has revealed the latest Neo Geo Pocket Color title it’s bringing to Switch – that being Big Bang Pro Wrestling. The game is actually available right now.

Big Bang Pro Wrestling originally came out in 2000. It never left Japan, though it did come with an English language option.

Don’t Starve Together has been given a release date on Switch after it was announced for the system last December. It will arrive on April 12, Klei Entertainment confirmed today.

Klei also revealed that a new shared unlocks feature will be made available in the game. Players will be able to share unlocked skins, drops, characters, plant registry, crockpot recipes, and Klei Rewards between Switch, Xbox One, WeGame, and Steam. It’ll all work through Klei Accounts, and more information will follow soon. Players will be able to merge multiple platform accounts onto a single Klei Account and seamlessly use items on everything connected.

Over the past few years, we’ve heard about a number of lawsuits filed against Nintendo involving Switch Joy-Con drift. However, nothing has come from these cases some far. Some might be curious as to why that is.

Axios reports that prior lawsuits “have largely stalled out,” and cases from 2019 and 2020 have been sent to arbitration for resolution. However, an interesting situation is developing with one particular case.
