Another update went live for Minecraft on Switch today. It’s a somewhat smaller one as only a few fixes have been implemented.

During a ceremony today, the full lineup of winners were revealed for the 2021 D.I.C.E. Awards winners.

Hades was the big winner having cleaned up several categories, including Game of the Year. Animal Crossing: New Horizons also picked up a win.

The action-adventure game Effie was announced for Switch last year. Though there was no word on when it would actually be available, it turns out that the launch has taken place today.

A new trailer for the game has been shared to go along with the release. We have that below, along with more information about the title.

ININ Games, Raw Fury, and Massive Damage today revealed a new physical release of Star Renegades. The rogue-lite strategy RPG will be offered at retail in both North America and Europe.

Additionally, there will be exclusive limited and collector’s editions through the Strictly Limited Games Partner Store. Pre-orders are currently open here.

As for retail pre-orders, they’ll be going up “in the next few weeks.”

Civilization VI has been updated to version 1.2.14 on Switch as part of the game’s April 2021 update. It’s the final one of the season, featuring new units, new maps, and several balance adjustments and gameplay fixes based on player feedback.

The new Whack a Mole update for Dead Cells, otherwise known as version 1.13.0, is now live. It contains trio of new heavy-hitting weapons, new mutations and a collection of other enhancements.

Curve Digital and DoubleMoose Games have set a release date for Just Die Already on Switch. The old people mayhem sandbox game is set to arrive on May 20, the two companies revealed today.

Original (4/21): It’s been a great day for Ace Attorney fans as both The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures and The Great Ace Attorney 2: Resolve will finally be released in the west. Even better, both will be sold together for the first time on Switch as The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles.

It was announced earlier today that Capcom will be offering The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles with Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy in a new bundle. Although Ace Attorney Turnabout Collection will be digital-only in the west, Capcom is preparing a physical release for Japan.

To recap, here’s how Capcom is distributing the latest Ace Attorney releases:

Monster Harvest won’t be launching in May as originally expected. It will now release digitally on July 8, with a physical version to follow on July 20 in North America and July 23 in Europe.
