PQube, Studica Solution, and Electric Monkeys have set a release date for Gravity Heroes. The 2D shooter is now confirmed for release on January 22, 2021.

There have been lots of leaks from Nintendo’s archives throughout 2020. They’ve provided interesting information about a few classics like Luigi in Super Mario 64, proposals for a portable GameCube with dock and a more powerful GameCube successor, cancelled Game Boy / Game Boy Color games, and more. 2020 is just about to end, but not before an additional Nintendo leak – this time for Switch.
The Switch leak covers documents from 2014, well before the system was finalized. Twitter users orcastraw and forestillusion shared some of the interesting findings. We’re able to see an early design (above) and learn about cut features like 3DS backwards compatibility.

The adventure game Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Heart of the Forest is heading to Switch, Walkabout and Different Tales have announced. A release is set for January 7, 2021.

Gloria Union: Twin Fates in Blue Ocean is coming to Switch in 2021 in Japan. The game, originally a 2011 PSP title, will be making its way to the new console with additional functionality, balance adjustments, high-definition resolution, and change to adjust the difficulty level. This follows the port of previous series title Yggdra Union, making two of the four-game series available to Switch owners.
The official website will launch in January 2021.

Capcom is back with the latest trailers for Monster Hunter Rise focusing on the game’s weapons. For today’s update, we’re introduced to the Charge Blade and Hunting Horn.

Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield have both been updated. Version 1.3.1 is available, which addresses some bugs/issues.
Major updates for Pokemon Sword/Shield have likely wrapped up at this point. Version 1.3.0 dropped towards the end of October, and it included support for The Crown Tundra expansion and additional Pokemon.
2021 will mark the 25th anniversary of Pokemon, and news regarding plans for the celebration will be shared in the future. Previously-announced titles include New Pokemon Snap, Pokemon Unite, and a new Detective Pikachu.
Traffix, a traffic puzzle game, was made available on Switch earlier today. Take a look at some footage in the video below.
