It’s been a confusing week or so for Crysis Remastered. The game’s first trailer and release date leaked, but before Crytek would acknowledge anything, it decided to push the launch back for extra polish. While Switch was supposed to be included in that delay, it seems the platform won’t be impacted after all.
In a short announcement on social media, Crytek said that Crysis Remastered will still launch on July 23 – the original leaked date. The developer didn’t clarify if the game will be touched up at all from the initial trailer that was shown.
XSEED Games announced today that it will release a special retail edition for the action-simulation game Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin.

Those looking for something a bit simpler can also buy a standard retail copy. That one costs just $39.99.

Five years ago, late Nintendo president Satoru Iwata passed away. Iwata died on July 11, 2015. We’re bringing this up now as it’s July 11 in Japan.
Iwata had many accomplishments as both a game developer and businessman. He started out at Kirby developer HAL Laboratory and spent two decades with the studio. In 2000, Iwata joined Nintendo and became the company’s new president just a couple of years later. He would end up working in this hospital up until his passing.
Iwata is still missed to this day, but his legacy won’t be forgotten.
Ahead of its release on Switch later this month, the story-driven action/stealth side-scrolling RPG Dex has received a new batch of footage. Watch the gameplay below.
Dex will be available for Switch via the eShop on July 24.
