Fire Emblem Expo II was previously announced for early May. The Japanese event, which celebrated all things Fire Emblem, would have featured live band performances, stage dramas, art exhibitions, and merchandise opportunities.

Unfortunately, Fire Emblem Expo II is another victim of the coronavirus. The event has been cancelled entirely due to the pandemic and wanting to keep everyone safe.

Those who purchased tickets for Fire Emblem Expo II will be able to receive a refund.

Kemco’s bringing its latest RPG to Switch next week. Monster Viator, developed by Hit-Point, will launch on April 9, according to an eShop listing.

Megadimension Neptunia VII recently debuted on the Switch eShop in Japan. Today, Idea Factory announced that it will publish the RPG in the west this summer.

Today’s announcement mentions that DLC made available on PS4 and Steam, with the exception of Million Arthur who is no longer purchasable on all platforms, will be available for purchase as add-on content for Switch.

The 2020 BAFTA Game Awards were forced to abandon the usual in-person event due to the continued coronavirus pandemic. But a live stream was scheduled in its place, and all of the winners were announced during the broadcast just a short while ago.

As far as Nintendo-related winners are concerned, there are a few standouts. Luigi’s Mansion 3 earned an award for “Best Animation”, Sayonara Wild Hearts was selected for “Artistic Achievement”, Untitled Goose Game was voted on as the top family title, and Ape Out took home a win for its audio.

Nintendo is bringing back its ARMS Party Crash event, which is being held to help determine who is the game’s top star.

Starting April 2 at 11 PM PT / April 3 at 2 AM ET, Spring Man and Ribbon Girl will duke it out and only one will move on. The name of this particular battle is dubbed “Battle for Stardom”.

You’ll be able to participate in the ARMS Party Crash until April 4 at 11 PM PT / April 5 at 2 AM ET.

Skater XL is one step closer to receiving a concrete release date. The skateboarding title will launch in July, Easy Day Studios has announced.
