Gear.Club Unlimited 2

Microids and Eden Games delivered a surprise announcement of Gear.Club Unlimited 2 this week. Unlike last year’s game, the sequel has been built from the ground up for Switch and will release exclusively on Nintendo’s console.

The latest edition of Japanese magazine Nintendo Dream included a small interview with SEGA Ages lead producer and director Rieko Kodama and supervisor Yousuke Okunari. They discussed the history of SEGA Ages’ name and formation, including why they went with a new logo for the upcoming Switch release. In addition, they reconfirmed their steady schedule of monthly releases and teased some new features and new games.

It seems we have some exciting announcements to look forward to, but until then, read our translation of the interview below to hold you over.

Etrian Odyssey X

Not too long following the Japanese launch, Atlus announced Etrian Odyssey X for the west. It’ll be released overseas under the new name Etrian Odyssey Nexus.

Snake Pass is the latest Switch game announced to be receiving the physical treatment. Sumo Digital just shared the news on Twitter.

Sumo is teaming up with Super Rare Games on the physical version. Further information will be shared in the future.
