A new weapon will be added to Splatoon 2 pretty soon, and this time, it’s a variant of a weapon that debuted in Splatoon 2. The Custom Goo Tuber is identical to the regular Goo Tuber in terms of stats, but comes with the Curling Comb sub-weapon and the Inkjet special instead. It’ll be available in-game tomorrow around noon in Japan and Australia, early in the morning in Europe and later tonight in North America.
A new trailer for Your Four Knight Princesses Training Story has gone live this time featuring Monomaria. You can check out the trailer below.
D3 Publisher is gearing up for another one of its Switch games. Billiard is planned for both Europe and Japan next week, and likely North America as well.
Billiard features four game types plus a Tournament Mode. You can also battle a friend locally with a single Switch system. You can use the Joy-Con to aim and fire your shot, and you’ll receive feedback with HD Rumble.
We have more on Billiard below with a lengthy overview and trailer.
Hello! If you’ve been having any issues accessing the site over the past couple of days, it’s been intentional. Mostly.
We’ve been carrying out some much-needed site maintenance this week. We didn’t really expect things to last as long as they did, unfortunately. If we anticipated maintenance taking multiple days, we would have provided advance notice. The site has been up for the most part, but today in particular there were issues. We’re mostly done… for this week anyway, though if you happen to see any downtime (it’s very unlikely), you’ll know why.
There’s actually a ton that we still have to do from a technical perspective, but in the near-term, it shouldn’t impact anyone who visits Nintendo Everything normally. This year, hopefully sooner rather than later, we hope to make some improvements that won’t just be for the backend of the site. While we’re definitely not going for an overhaul/redesign, we’ll be implementing at least one change that has been requested in the past.
Thanks for bearing with us!

Billy Mitchell, a prominent member of the Donkey Kong arcade scene, was recently accused of obtaining high scores on the emulator MAME. This is significant since it was expected that he had playing on original arcade hardware.
During an episode of internet talk show “East Side Dave”, Mitchell finally commented on the situation. First, he started out with the following:
Update: Bumped to the top. The European Switch eShop lists Samurai Aces for the same day – probably the same for North America then.
Update: We recently heard that Zerodiv has been preparing a series of new arcade games for Switch. The Japanese eShop now confirms that Samurai Aces is due out next week.
We have some Switch screenshots below:
Samurai Aces was originally released by Psikyo in 1993. The vertical shooter has six characters, each with a unique plane and primary / secondary and bomb attacks.
Samurai Aces will be available on February 15 for 864 yen.

Detention isn’t very far away from reaching Switch. According to a listing on the European eShop, the game will be out on March 1. It should be available in North America around the same time.
Detention is described as “a unique atmosphere horror game heavily influenced by Taiwanese/East Asian culture, religious elements, and mythology.” The 2D atmospheric horror side-scroller is based on 1960s Taiwan under martial law in which players take control of “characters who venture into the school beset by hostile supernatural events to uncover stories behind the haunted place.” Coconut Island Games promises “unique graphics and gaming experience.”
Here’s a trailer for Detention:
