The rhythm game Superbeat: Xonic lands on Switch at the end of this month. Take a look at a half hour of footage below.

After many years of exclusivity, Monster Hunter is no longer exclusive to Nintendo platforms. In fact, the latest major game isn’t on any Nintendo system at all. Capcom announced Monster Hunter World at E3, which currently has no sign of showing up on something like Switch.

Eurogamer did ask co-director Kaname Fujioka about the possibility of porting Monster Hunter World over to Switch in a recent interview. But unfortunately, Fujioka was naturally cagey about the subject. He instead wants to think more about the future in terms of how Monster Hunter can be adapted there.

Here’s what Fujioka had to say about Monster Hunter on Switch:

At Paris Games Week, Nintendo was showing off Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It’s the same Uraya Titan we’ve seen a few times, but it’s another look at one of the latest builds in English with extensive gameplay. Check out the video below.

In a recent news post sent out to Switch owners, Nintendo provided a listing of the top ten European eShop downloads for October.

Stardew Valley topped the charts last month. Even though it released at the very end of the month, Super Mario Odyssey was #2. Golf Story also held on strong at #3.

The eShop has updated with a new game for Switch. As shown in a new listing on the store, Maria The Witch is coming soon. It should be available on November 9 for $4.99, assuming nothing changes.

In the game, you play as… Maria, who is a witch. You’ll need to navigate through a variety of stages and worlds. Different features are included such as a magnet that attracts items that are far away. We have more details and a trailer below.

What’s really interesting here is that Maria The Witch can be pre-loaded in North America. Pre-loading with third-party, indie releases isn’t something we’ve seen on Nintendo platforms a whole lot, especially on Switch. Hopefully it’s a sign of things to come.

A significant amount of footage has come in for Sonic Forces on Switch. Watch a half hour of gameplay below.

A recent issue of Famitsu had a pretty big interview for Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon. Director Kazumasa Iwao and producer Shigeru Ohmori were present to talk about the big games coming to 3DS this month.

Kazumasa and Ohmori went in-depth about development, new features, and more. There was even some reflection about last year’s Sun/Moon, such as the increase in difficulty for Lana’s Trial.
